Return Window and EligibilityReturns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Items must be in new condition with all original packaging and tags.
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
Customers must contact us at info@matildaco.com to request return authorization and instructions before sending any item back.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement, an exchange, store credit, or a full refund.
Refund ProcessOnce we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been sent.
If you have not received your refund:
Review your bank or payment account again
Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary

We accept exchanges for eligible items. Products must be in new condition and returned within the 30-day window.
